Moore supports unions except for when he hires

I honestly can't believe people take Michael Moore seriously. Dude has been busted lying (59 documented inaccuracies in F-9/11, dozens more inaccuracies and half truths in Sicko, it's a given fact that he did interview Roger Smith while making Roger and me though he decided to leave it out, etc.) in every major film he's ever made and yet people will try to use his movies as a source when making arguments (I'm looking your way GBA).

I mainly bring this up because people I'm sitting next too right now at a coffee shop were discussing his new movie "Capitalism"

Too funny he claims to support unions then won't even hire them

Do you think he brings up legitimate points about how capitalism can improve?

A few, but they're akin to "Nuclear war is bad" type generalizations.

Hey Darko, we know none of this really matters, because as long as Fixed News tells you it was 59 times, IT'S THE GOSPEL TRUTH! But wasn't that study done by people trying to protect corporate profits? Boy that Columbine movie about the guns was way off, we don't have any problems or murders anymore. And that Sicko movie about heath care, and all of it's problems, doesn't mean a thing to average American's everyday life. Especially when you're living in a van down by the river!

SO YOU STILL HAVEN'T SEEN SICKO YET HAVE YOU DARKO99? And they say a mule is stubborn.

The movie was Roger and Me, Voice. And it's been a very long time since I've seen it, but I don't seem to remember any time being spent on the effect that the unions ability to get the auto industry to overpay for labor had on moving jobs out of the state. Shouldn't a documentary about an industry leaving a state have at least a little coverage about the effect of unions?

This study looks at the harm that unions have on the economy, including:

Unionized companies earn profits between 10 and 15 percent lower than those of comparable non-union firms. Fact is, Michigan has very pro-union laws, which causes companies to want to go to states that are not. The whole time all this talk about the big 3 was going on, all the plants down in the south owned by foreign companies, that don't have unions, are doing just fine, considering the economy.

But, GBA, I'm sure that at some time, someone from The Heritage Foundation has probably been on "Fixed News", therefore you don't need to respond to the actual points of the argument, just discount them altogether.

Also don't forget to say "dubu crime family" or "darth VP"

They never get old. Really, please keep putting them in ever other post because we all love it.
