Hey guys and GO BLUE! I was watching that Big Ten Network show that visits the training camps of the schools, when I noticed a SHOCKING piece of equipment on the Michigan players. THE JERSEY! Please, help me, I have been out of the sports world since WDFN went off the air. So let me ask you, did they let Addias KILL OUR GREAT AND TRADITIONAL HOME UNIFORM for some cheesy 3 stripe, West Virgina, piece of $#!+ makeover jersey? It's like some nut said, put three yellow stripes under the arm, BECAUSE!

Now I know this is a tiny, tiny thing, but to millions of the Maize and Blue faithful, this means a lot. After all, we have had that traditional home jersey voted for decades as the best home jersey set in the country. And for these GOOBERS from Addias, and Rodriguez to come in here and kill that tradition, is a tragic mistake on their parts. Please somebody, tell me that is just a practice jersey! They could wear clown suits for all I care in practice, as long as that jersey that MILLIONS OF US OWN AND WEAR WITH PRIDE, is still the same. RichRod can put the little helmet decals back on the helmet, even change the road jersey for the the 3rd time in three years, but DON'T MESS WITH MY HOME MICHIGAN JERSEY OR YOU WILL BE BOYCOTTED! And on opening day, if I am blessed to be in stands, I will boo that uniform!

But if they did change it, and this team does as well as it did last season, well, uniforms won't be the only thing that gets changed will it?

ND should be favored pretty considerably. But, the game is in Ann Arbor. Should even out a little bit hopefully. Fair chance for either side.

They're still not as good as State and will lose to them this year.

If you had gone to that Wisconsin game last season, and saw 19 total yards for one half, 6 turnovers, and many of the Michigan faithful crying, and leaving at halftime. Then to comeback from the dead and 19 points down, to beat the Badgers, WHY WOULD YOU EVER BET ON ANYTHING EVER AGAIN? And those Rose Bowls as a youth did me in too! DAMAGED FOR LIFE!

Hey from what I've seen on the Big Ten Network practice shows, EVERYBODY IS WEARING THAT STUPID 3 stripe under the arm practice jersey. Hey, at least they didn't do like the Jacksonville Jaguars and go all Miami Hurricaine on us with the new stripeless uni's.

But after watching those shows, I'm starting to notice a trend. Everybody is taking Rich Rod's Spread offense and is tweeking it into something else, while he's still trying to run it at Michigan. And poor dumb Wisconsin is still running the same plow a head, fatboys in front, no quarterback, rollout, high school offense. And after watching some of these SPREAD OFFENSE kids go to the NFL, they are catching HE-LL, trying to learn the game. One coach told a rookie, "they didn't teach you the fundamentals did they. Well, this is man's football at this level"! Maybe that's why it's so dull, because everybody runs the same offense, never tries trick plays, and the offense is always run basically within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage. COULD BE!

Say, did anybody see the new Gopher Hole for the Minnesota Golden Gophers? NICE DIGS! That is a real professional looking stadium for the Gobbers, that holds 50,000 burgandy and gold dress folks. It kind of reminds you of the Steelers stadium with that open end, and not much endzone seating. Smart, they left it open for expansion!

And speaking of HOW NOT TO DO IT! What's up with the Cowboys new BILLION DOLLAR STADIUM? Why would you hang a $40 MILLION DOLLAR SCOREBOARD, so low, that stupid punters can hit it! DIDN'T THEY EVER WATCH ARENA FOOTBALL, with their hanging scoreboards. But they say they can raise it, and that place can get a 100,000 people. For my money, I'LL JUST TAKE THE FIELDING H. YOST model! We seem to have no trouble getting a 110,000 into Michigan Stadium, and we don't have people 15 stories up in the air just to say, HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!

Is Michigan Football gonna win some games this year? I haven't gotten any good info on what teh team looks like and is slated to be this year that isn't slanted in one direction or the other. I always hope for the best and stand on my UofM roots. The Longhorns are my #2 team, right now it's easier to be a UT fan than a UM fan. But I'm still here! I just want to see some "W"s so I don't look stupid in Texas cheering for UM. If you're in UM and you're cheering for UM and they lose, so what, you're among your own. If you're in TX and you're waiving your UM flag and they suck donkey yeah.... then you look like a tool bag!

I like RichRod a lot and I stand by his spread offense, he just needs the right personnel. I think he took the UM job thinking that Pryor was coming with him.... Had he tagged along, we aren't even having this talk!

Feldie, they're gonna win some football games this year! But after watching the Wisconsin game in person, and seeing the TOLEDO game on tv, NOTHING IS A SURE THING! But we do get Western and Eastern and Black College school Delaware State. I WANTED THE BLUE HENS OF DELAWARE! Michigan uniforms vs Michigan uniforms, DAYAM! But the MSU, Iowa, and Illini road games will tell the story for the season. 6 or 7 wins may get RichRod to the Motor City Bowl or the Boise Blue turf, but 8 wins gets the OLD BLUES OFF HIS BACK! But I saved the best for last, NOTRE LAME, WE OWE YOU for last seasons fumble fest in Bend South, and for the HOCKEY LOSS! REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD!
