Led out of a casino in cuffs for not paying casino debt...
Made over 100 Mil. in his NBA career...
What a shame.

But then he bailed himself out and went golfing. I have to admit a little bit: That was a classy move.

Eddie Sutton still supports you, A-Dub.

Personally, while it's both sad and funny at the same time, it's probably no big deal to Walker. A lot of pro athletes do stupid shhh that the average man simply can't without much more severe consequences. Why do they continue to do stupid shhh? Because they can. If it were you or me... we'd be SOL, and not just financially.

The funny thing is, if he were to get committed to the gym, and get back into game shape, he could probably get a roster spot for the vet. min. from some dumpy team... or play in Europe.
Maybe not? How old is the guy anyway?

EDIT: ****, the guy is only 33. Wasn't he an allstar at one point?
WTF?

he's played in 3 all star games.

At the time (statistically) he was on the best forwards in the league.

If only Walker had a brain and acted like a man he could have been one of the all time greats in the NBA. His passing was almost to that of Magic's.

Sad to see him fall. I always loved watching Antone Walker play, particularly with Paul Perice on Boston. He always had fun and played with so much heart.

i still think he is the worst, good player i have ever seen play the game. His handles looked like a turn over waiting to happen, His chucks from the long line which there were many were bound to be bricks, an for the most part they were unless it was against the pistons.
