To me he looks like he can easily score at least 25 a night, I think he is on par with guys like Wade.

who's hating? ben gordon's a very good player, but he's not a superstar. and to compare him to arguably the 2nd best player in the league is laughable. just because people aren't smoking the pistons.com dust doesn't mean they hate the team.

He's averaging 25 a game so far, he seems like he is pretty dominant shooting jumpers or driving to the hole.

BG is playing really well, under a lot of people's radar b/c he doesn't need to dominate the ball to be effective.

I don't really use this much just thought I'd see where our "superstar" Ben Gordon is at so far this season...

http://insider.espn.go.com/nba...llinger%2fstatistics

On a side note, under PGs only, Pistons have Bynumm @ 20. under SGs only, Pistons have 1 and 3. under SF, PF, C, Rookie, International...no top 20.

Again, i don't use it, and small sample size, but just look BG fg%. Its impressive thus far.

Yea I am really even happier than when we signed him, he has really started coming into his own he is surpassing all my expectations so far, it's just early in the season but I don't see any reason why he would stop other than injury.

b.g would be way more deadly(which he's already quite deadily) if he learned rip's craft of running with out the basketball... then we can ask if he's a superstar

i should note, him not lookin so good runnin round screens, can be cause rips not there, yet that still shows rip commands more attention, we need b.g to demand that same attention

Whoever is calling Ben Gordon a chucker needs to watch closer. Chuckers don't shoot 50% from the field. The guy literally can't miss.

I was thinking the same thing about the chucker comment. 51% jumpshooter. Dude is deadly.

About the literally he can't miss... Well he's 51% so literally he can miss. 49% of the time.

Well, yes, technically. But if you watch enough basketball, and you see all of these 40-high 30 FG% it makes it look like he doesn't miss in comparison.

Speaking of not missing, has anyone looked at Chris Paul's stats?

64% from the field and 80% from 3 Eeker Eeker

Thise stats from Paul won't look like that for long, the more games he plays, the more he shoots, the FG% will go down.
