Looking at this current roster after the acquisitions of Gordon and Villanueva there is obviously still one gaping hope in our line up - the center position.

Kwame Brown is NOT starter caliber in the NBA and we have zero capable backups for him even if he was able to produce. Maxiell is too undersized to play C and so is dice (if he decides to come back).

Joe can make all the trades and sign all the Free Agents he wants this off season but nothing will make me happy unless he truly gets either a capable starting center or two good role players at that position to split the time with Kwame.

Well, I think we might be screwed at the center position. Perhaps we should offer Walter Sharpe for Hilton Armstrong. If we can't get another decent big, perhaps we should just try and get him. He is 24, unproven; and I don't see why it wouldn't hurt. Give the Hornets a little bit of cap relief. Small trade, but could work. Maybe.

And, why would they want Sharpe? He hasn't shown anything yet.
