You know how it's done. Answer fact or fiction and then put up your own for the next person.

Fact or Fiction

Either Rip Hamilton or Tayshaun Prince will be traded at some point during this upcoming season.

Fact. More than likely Tay. Too much depth at SF and Tay has become lax.
I wish I could say this with certainty, but Joe hasn't made a significant in-season move since Sheed.
FOF...
Kuester will garner the absolute respect of this roster, and be the coach we have needed moving forward.

Fiction.
I guess Chauncet wasn't a significant in season trade.
Hamilton's contract is a large barrier. Prince only goes if the team completely falls apart. The rookies aren't ready and the teams that want Tay won't give back what we need. This team may have to figure out Kwame, Wilcox and Stuckey.

Fact: The way this roster is set up, we don't have an Iverson or Sheed to be the complete expressive type person.

FOF
Bynum will play more minutes a game than Stuckey by the end of the season.

Fact at Point guard, Fiction for overall minutes. Stuckey is, never has been, and never will be a starting point guard. He's a dynamic player, a mismatch, a Vinnie Johnson type. But he's not a true point guard

Fact or Fiction:
Richard Hamilton will come off the bench sometime this season

Absolutely Fiction

This is a top 5 team right now and trading superstars Prince and Hamilton would hurt the team just like Billups last year.

Fact or Fiction:
The pistons will win the NBA title this year

Fiction!!! Get real. We will surprise some folks with how explosive we are though as soon as we get some familiarity and team chemistry. I'd guess a 2nd round exit. Next year or the year after maybe.

Fact or Fiction: All 3 rookies will crack the 12 man rotation together sometime before the regular season ends.

Significant in-season move since Sheed? Cough Chauncey being traded for Iverson cough.

Fact, but he won't likely be the main minute guy at the 5 for this team.

FoF, CV could garner attention for most improved and BG could actually get some 6MOY attention as well, in fact if this team wins 50 games, coach Kue, could get some COY votes as well?

Yes and no. Villanueva did averaged 17 and 7 last year, he isnt go to have his numbers explode. But just the fact that he will get more hype on the Pistons than the Bucks will get him more respect as a rising player.

Gordon, yeah 6th consideration. And if Detroit wins like 45-50, Coach Q would be a pretty safe bet for serious consideration.

Fact of Fiction, Stuckey averages 7apg and Hamilton and Gordon each average 17+?

WHAT!!! We traded Billups for AI?!?!
I had a trade deadline deal to get a player to put us over the hump in mind. Sorry I misspoke and thank you for correcting me.

I'll call this one fact... Even though I have a sneaky suspicion that Rip will be pulling his 17+ as a member of another team.

Fact or Fiction: J-Max averages over 18 minutes a game this year.

Fiction. Frontcourt is too crowded, Prince will be playing PF also and Charlie V hasn't even played yet. If he could play some minutes at SF, then it might be possible.

Fact or fiction: Ben Gordon will be the highest scoring sixth man in the NBA.

I reluctantly say fiction. I say 42-44. With the bulk of the wins coming in the 2nd half of the season after we have built up some chemistry.

fact or fiction: CV will have a killer season and average 20pts 10rebs.

Fiction...too many guards will be taking the shots which leads me to my question...

FoF: The Team will average under 20 pts in the paint per game.

Fiction: The frontcourt, while it is not championship caliber has a lot of strong finishers and the ability to get some put backs. I think it completely revolves around Kwame stepping it up in the post. Plus BG, Stuck, and Bynum all have an eye for driving to the basket.

Fact or Fiction: Bynum looks for a contract over $7 million a year based on his play this year.

Fiction. Even if Bynum continues to play well, he and his agent would be foolish to look for $7 million a year when his talent and production at best would be reasonably valued at around $3-4 million a year. At best.

FOF

The Pistons will sell out more than half (21+) their regular season home games at the Palace.
