What's going on with Atkins? Is he going to be on the roster for the start of the season? We currently have 17 men on the roster and you can only have 15 by the start of the season. It looks like Atkins and Baston are the odd men out at this point.

You added wrong there is only 16 on roster ,chucky will make the cut and be the 15th player.

I am fairly sure that Joe wants to start the season with 14 and Chucky will not likely make the 14.

Do you think Chucky Atkins will help us win games? I know he the oldest on team. He older then Ben Wallace by a few weeks.

If Bynum had struggled in preseason, Atkins might have had a chance. But now, doubtful he'll make the team. Probably was a long shot to begin with. I don't expect him to make the opening day roster.

I would not be surprised if Baston & Atkins are both cut. Neither looks like they will stay for the season. Baston has the best chance because of size, but missing FTs didn't help him any.
