I know its preseason but I go to the GR game every year and try to give my thoughts on the game.

Was excited to see some of the new players this year. Was sad to see CV was not going to play again.

Pistons:

Stuckey: Looked awful, he just kept shooting and not passing and couldn't buy a shot. I just kept thinking I know he has skills but sad display tonight....this is supposed to be our best player.

Bynum- Played well and lots of energy. He led the comeback tonight.

Rip- was money when he played

Prince- barely played.

Daye- didn't not play enough...when he played he missed like 2 shots. 10 points in like 7 minutes. he needs more time.

Summers- DNP this was disappointing think he could have helped tonight.

Gordon- looked a little out of the flow tonight still trying to fit in.

B Wallace- looked non existent but barely played

Wilcox- has a potential to help us a lot this year.

Kwame- I thought played pretty good.

Jerebko- played really hard has a lot of potential to get some solid minutes this year.

Wizards:

Could be a pretty good team this year. Lots of scorers.

Arenas -looked good and was lighting it up

Jamison- had too many layups

McGee- this guy came out of nowhere and off the bench had 12 points and 3 power dunks on us...and dominated our bigs when he was in.

Nick Young- looked a lot better than Stuckey.

Flip played the starters a lot...more than I expected....seems like he doesn't trust his bench again..:-)

I know it was just preseason but it was a pretty exciting game.

Heck off an effort to come back after being down 13 at one time.

I think if Daye had played more we would have pulled it out.

Sucks though 2 years in a row they have come to GR undefeated and then lose. This year the effort was there though. The atmosphere here in GR is always like a playoff game its full and people cheering. Lots of jerk offs as well there just to be there and don't watch the game as well. Who invented thunder sticks must have had kids they never stop banging those stupid things.

TV reporter: Is this a common training method? I mean, do other fighters pound raw meat?
Rocky: No, I think I invented it.
