Power forward taxes Tayshaun

Tayshaun Prince is Michael Curry's ultimate good soldier, versatile enough to play four positions and amenable enough to agree to play all of them. The strained groin that's kept Rip Hamilton out the previous two games - and almost certainly will have him in street clothes again for Wednesday's New Year's Eve matinee with New Jersey - has returned Prince to his most familiar spot, small forward, after a run of small-ball lineup games in which he logged heavy minutes at power forward.

finally someone says something Wink

Tay is so weak at the 4 that I can't stand it.

Put him at the 3, and any spot minutes he can play the 2!

That is not entirely true... It actually has nothing to do with being female... It's just that the stupidity portrayed in all of your posts tends to overshadow that of the others.

You should change your name to a female sounding one, and see what happens!

Ha, Sheed doesn't play the 4 any better. His defense is non existent compared to Tay's.

thats preposterous! Sheed plays way better D and can actually defend people who hard stronger and quicker then him.

I think Tay can defend people quicker than himself, but stronger is what kicks his butt.

Julia didn't post the whole article, but Tay goes on to say that 4's beat him up even when they aren't scoring. That's another thing to consider. Tay is a candidate for team MVP and shifting over one position in the lineup gets him feeling bad in the morning. Can anybody say that they play bball just as well when they feel banged up? At least Sheed's flab can protect him.

I didn't want to start a new thread for this but I was wondering something.

I live out of state so only see national tv games and don't have a basis for evaluation. But is Amir playing bad enough to get so many DNPs or is that just Curry's wonderful coaching. I seen he did it to the $5 million man Maxiell a few times too.

Somedays he plays the bench too much and lately he hasn't played them at all. Can someone help me with his logic on something like this.

amir has been playing well, its just sheed, Dyess, Maxiell, and Prince have been getting all the minutes in the frontcourt. Amir and Kwame are the odd men out
