I was at the mall today, and while I was there I decided to stop in at footlocker to look at some shoes.

Lo and behold, I saw Joe Dumars at the checkout counter with about 10 pairs of Jordans ready to buy them.

I went up and asked him what they were for and he simply replied with a sly grin on his face "You'll find out soon enough"

What could this mean? Could Michael Jordan be coming out of retirement to play for the Pistons?

Hmmm...

Amazing! I just got back from the mall where I saw Joe in the bookstore buying a copy of the Luba to English dictionary. Sounds like Dikembe Mutumbo's coming to play for Curry!

Jordan has been the best shooting guard in the NBA for the last 40 years, at least. Certainly since Dominiq's/West's decline... A chance to acquire the legend... well, I wouldn't think twice about it...

Not twice...

Crazy...

I saw Joe D. at Borders buying every copy of "My Giant" on DVD.

Which can only mean 1 of 2 things. Either we are signing Gheorghe Muresan which could potentially put us over the top, or we are getting a new backup PG in the form of a 60 year old jewish man named Billy Crystal.

I saw Joe D at Meijers, and he had a cart full of frozen General Tso Chicken. Sounds like a trade for Yao is in the works.

Joe is gonna trade Amir, Cheick Samb, Chauncey and Mike Abdenhour to Houston for Yao and the usher from section 118.

I think the usher has a no trade clause worked into his contract, so he may block the trade. I haven't heard anything about him wanting to come to Detroit.

I just saw Joe at the all you can eat buffet with a very large man. I think it was Oliver Miller...Now he's a guy that can block the lane. Hell he could block four lanes on I-75.

No, the Usher failed his last physical. He could only carry 6 beers in his bin. The league minimum is 12. His condition in the off season is pathetic.

I was at Meijers and saw Dumars buy a pizza. I asked him what they were for, he said that he was hungry.
