This is stupid as RIP had to adapt his game based on the dropoff in point guard decision making and lack of good plays (i.e Curry sucks). Rip was doing his best to hold the team together.

Rip is the one guard I would not trade. He has more aspects to his game than Gordon. As far as Stucky goes, there is no comparison as RIP is absolutley better.

For big Z is a joke.

I couldnt help but notice you described Tayshaun in that post, not Rip.

Rip and his 22pgg career playoff average defenitely fades agaisnt Big Teams! Prince hasnt put together a solid game agaisnt Boston or Cleveland in 3 years.

The best player the Pistons has should not be traded. Games like today vs. the Bucks and the game vs. The Thunder shows why the Pistons need Hamilton.

What a stupid thread, people really should just keep some of their idiot thoughts to themselves. How has he not led this team, what exactly has he not done to lead this team? He's definitely led by example, he's been this team's best and most consistent player. People just love and complain about nothing...

He faids when we play good teams? What games are you talking about, go find those performances for me please. I think you're confusing him with Tayshaun Prince, the one who averages 6ppg and shoots 17% come playoffs time. His defense is iffy? He's the best perimeter defender we freakin have, you idiot. Shut up and go read a book or something. This basketball thing isn't working out for you.

I completely agree.

Same with the Prince comment. I like the guy but the defense we want from him hasn't been there. He's more of a finesse player and we need more of a physical player to rattle the other team's player.

Trading Rip would only give us one consistent scoring option in Gordon. Our other players are unreliable/inconsistent in offense.

He does provide major depth with Gordon coming off the bench, although I would rather it be the other way around, Gordon is a better long range shooter than Rip.

Word, this thread is dumb, just like 90% of every thread on this board. Here's to hoping our starting 5 shows up big the next game, even if it's just to shut up all the idiots.

Never understood the fact we have a 2 guard who can't dribble or create his own shot! Just laughable

I would trade Tayshaun long before Rip. I think Rip is going to have a pretty good year, besides I dont think we could net any fair return for Rip.
