If Cleveland fails to get Artest do you think they will be willing to make the following trade:

Clevland gets:
Tay/Rip
Maxiell

Detroit gets:
Illgauskas
West

The trade works with the contracts I think. Clevland has Shaq so they don't really need Zydranus. Detroit will have a decent center. Zydranus' contract will be up after next year and money for the next offseason.

What? Why would we do that trade? That is the question.

If you want an expiring contract; help out another team. Get Brad Miller for all I care. You don't hand Cleveland a championship.

How about Tayshaun to the Lakers for Luke Walton and Sasha Vujacic? That would be even better for Tayshaun so that he goes to his home team, gets to be back home with his mom, and goes to the defending champs. Who cares what the Pistons get in return. While we're at it, we should add Stuckey in the trade package with Tayshaun so Tayshaun's new team has a good young guard as well.

Just throwing things out there. Detroit doesn't have a lot of other options. A team can't win with Kwame Brown being a starter.

This is the dumbest idea I've ever seen on these forums. Scratch that, on any forums, ever.

maybe a sign and trade for varejo better than getting Old big Z but that still isn't enough for even prince, but we do need a defensive rebounding starting center.

No, I don't think so. You generally don't trade in your own division.

agreed. I typically wouldn't trade in same division either unless I seriously thought I was getting the better of the deal.

Maybe ORL has an up and coming Ball Boy we could deal 3/5ths of our starters for.... WOW, that'd make for some fun Timeouts wouldn't it....

I'm serious, we need a committe on these boards, almost like a Detroit Pistons Messege Boards Posters Union (DPMBPU). We can then have some votes and start to revoke the posting rights of some of the players, a vote though, nothing dictator like. You get 3 citations and then a vote to revoke your posting rights for a week. I also think we should have to get guys to take a test before being allowed to post here! All in favor lets get a thread (petition) started!

It's nbot mind losing. It's a lack of knowledge. You can't win a championship with Kwame but you can win. Detroit's team right now presents matchp problems for Cleveland, Celtics crush them except BG eats Ray alive and it'll be fun watching Sheed and CV play away from the basket. Orlando kill us down low, but we match them in the backcourt and they don't move the ball like they did with Hedo. Lewis is easier to guard with Heo gone.

Bynum, Wash or one of the rookies needs to make a large mark. One out of five--and we need McDyess back.
