Well, this is just great. Things are definitely not looking up for the Shock. Ford still unwell and not stable enough to play, Braxton out for six games, and now Pierson is hurt--Tina Thompson totally threw her to the ground for no reason here and wasn't even punished for it. I'm guessing it was LA's gameplan. Anyway, according to Laimbeer she's more than likely done for the rest of the season.

I don't know what we're going to do. I love Barb Farris, really, I do, but I really don't think she's gonna do it for us. We need to cut her and pick up someone big. Hell, Davenport maybe. Someone who's going to be a real presence. And Sanni is definitely going to have to step up huge.

Wow! I missed the game and had no clue it was that bad. PP is my favorite player since the Shock traded for her and she's the glue to everything. This is horrible.

Wait guys--she's being re-evaluated in less than 2 weeks, and depending on whether she has to have surgery or not, she could be back in one month, or she could be back next year. Hope for the best everyone!
