How can det lose to them one nite in L.A. and get blown out 78-58 them come back and win in Det a 82-51 spanking go-figure?this boggles the mind. Home court advantage can't be the answer can it?

i think home court probably did have a lot to do with it. Also, both teams are missing key players (Ford, Pierson, and Braxton for the Shock, Parker for the Sparks).
Another big difference...Deanna and Katie did not shoot very well in the first game, but really stepped up big last night. And the Shock defense was just incredible last night.
i agree with KatieSmithFan...considering all the missing players, and that LA is a pretty good team, we can't complain too much about a split. And remember, we lost twice to LA last season, but who ended up winning the big prize???
The ring and banner ceremony was great, and it was nice that they honored Bill Davidson, who did so much for both the Shock and Pistons.
